I am Alexander (Alex) Martinez. I am one of the Inspectors
and a proud team member at A.C.F. Home Inspections.
Just like Luis, I am also a proud “Certified Master Inspector” who
earned this certification along with earning many other
certifications throughout my home inspection career and association
with InterNACHI (International Association Certified Home
Inspectors).
I am also a Licensed State of Florida Home Inspector. I am bilingual
and speak Spanish.
We, at A.C.F. Home Inspections follows high Ethics and Standards of
Practice. With this being said, as one of the inspectors on this team,
I will utilize my training, knowledge, and experience to provide you
with a thorough home inspection within the InterNACHI Standards of
Practice.
I will inspect your future home as if I were inspecting for myself or one
of my family members.
